If you’ve got a social media team constantly asking you for new material, or a large organisation where employees need to hear from you regularly, podcasting can be a great way to fill those channels.
It can help you connect with members of your organisation. It can give your social media team the content they need. And over time it can build up a large enough library of episodes that you can create bigger projects from it – things like books, courses, or even entirely new websites.
When those are your primary goals for podcasting, it doesn’t necessarily matter if anyone listens to the podcast itself.
